Debra is absolutely amazing! I recently referred a family member to her to sell a property that definitely had some challenges, and she crushed it!! Multiple showings and under contract in less than 24 hours! She’s super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and knows how to get things done. Jennifer and her team were wonderful to work with for the past 4+ years. Jennifer helped us find our home in WV when we moved. She showed us an abundance of options and was very patient with us. She also helped us sell the home we purchased 4 years ago on our initial move. Jennifer always answered our calls, gave us her honest feedback, and kept us informed of how things were going in the buying and selling process. Working with Bo Sackett through Mountain Ridge was an absolute pleasure. As a first time home-buyer there were obviously a lot of unknows, but Bo was ready at every step along the way. Any question I had she either had an answer ready or knew how to find one, and followed up to get it to me. Despite multiple round of setbacks from either market timing, difficult sellers, or unexpected inquiries, Bo was there with a cheery demeanor and quick responses. And thanks to her attentiveness I managed to close on a dream home. I started my home search with literally no knowledge what so ever. Katie Parker helped me so much! She was very knowledgeable and even referred me to a PA realtor since I wanted to move out of WV and closer to the PIT airport. She was very prompt in all her responses, and her dedication shows even through text and email! I kinda wished of staying in WV so I could work with her personally.
