Donnie Smith was born and raised in West Virginia and graduated from West Virginia University, where he obtained a Nursing degree. What some may find particularly interesting, however, is that he once served as the West Virginia University Mascot – “The Mountaineer”!  Donnie continued his education years later by earning a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Doctorate in Education.  Donnie also happens to be a Veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps, and so he takes great pride when he’s able to advise a Real Estate client who happens to be a fellow Veteran.  He’s been involved in the Real Estate field in varying capacities for over 23 years. He takes pride in all of his professional experiences, which range from healthcare to sales and education, in addition to taking care of his Real Estate clients.  Donnie is especially proud to be part of the ownership group of Mountain Ridge Realty, LLC.

In his personal time, Donnie enjoys spending time with his family and his wife, Kelly, traveling the world while enjoying different cuisines from many cultures, golfing, raising saltwater fish, and attending WVU events.  He’s passionate about West Virginia and looks forward to showing his clients what the “Mountain State” has to offer by assisting them realize their Real Estate goals.

Alyse Guynn is a lifelong resident of Morgantown, WV. She has obtained her Master of Architecture degree from Fairmont State University, with the ambition to become a licensed architect. Rebecca was born and raised in Masontown, WV. She attended school in Morgantown, WV, and graduated from Morgantown High School. She then continued her education at West Virginia University, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree. Living in Preston County and attending school in Monongalia County created an opportunity for her to be immersed in both communities and to interact with the people that live in them. It is this particular perspective that allows her to see the uniqueness that both counties provide. Bo Sackett is a lifelong resident of Morgantown, West Virginia. She is a 1998 Graduate and proud alumni of Morgantown High School. For several years she found enjoyment in both the challenges and experiences of property management.
