About Stephanie
Born and raised in Morgantown, WV, Stephanie Lemley obtained her real estate license in 1997 and her Bachelor of Arts Degree from West Virginia University in 1998. In addition to selling real estate, Stephanie is a property manager for Dorsey & Kiger Rentals, a long-time rental company. For over 20 years, she has also been the owner of Lemley & Associates, an insurance agency based in Morgantown.
After obtaining her Broker’s license in 2022, Stephanie accomplished a lifelong dream of opening her own real estate company – Mountain Ridge Realty, LLC. Her sales experience has allowed her to assist buyers in locating their new homes and sellers navigate the difficult selling process. A Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, she is certified as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative providing her the training to succeed as a buyer’s representative and holds the Green designation giving her the knowledge to find properties with green features.
Stephanie was the 2020 and 2021 President of the Morgantown Board of REALTORS®. In addition to her current role as a West Virginia Association of REALTORS® State Director, Stephanie sits on several state committees. She is an active board member of the Partners in Education Advisory Committee for Monongalia County Schools, a past member of the Board of Directors for the Morgantown High School Foundation, Graduate of the WVAR Leadership Academy, and a 20+year member of the Service League of Morgantown.

Brian is a native of the Northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC. He was a music major in college and went on to have a successful career as a professional trombonist. He’s also had a career in the US Army & Army National Guard which has included a wide array of duties.
Brian obtained his WV Real Estate license in 2016 while living in Jackson County and served the entire Mid-Ohio Valley. During that time, he served the community as the Chair of the Ravenswood Board of Parks & Recreation, as President of the Jackson County Developmental Center, and as a Board member of the historic Smoot Theatre in Parkersburg.
